where do i find hospitals that are willing to donate their used medical equipments to African countries ?

u can start by calling several hospitals.
there’s this big company – UHS in minneapolis- they reequip / modernize hospitals with state-of-the-art equipments etc. maybe u can start a dialogue with them and they can get the hospitals to donate it to africa.
someone has to organize the logistics of collecting, storing, sorting, moving etc
