university of medicine – i’m not sure these exist.. may mean the same as med school in some countries… this would theoretically be a school that does nothing but medicine.. but almost all med schools (every one that i’ve heard of) are anchored by or affiliated with a traditional university that teaches many fields..
faculty of medicine – sounds like you’re maybe from the north? canada (and some other countries) uses this term for school of medicine..
school of medicine/college of medicine – an undergrad/grad program at a university that teaches medicine and pre-med students, and also med students… most unis are composed of different schools and colleges in different fields. this is the actual place you learn (the school, the building)
med(ical) school – graduate school where you become a doctor, take all your med classes. it is after you get your bachelors and pre-med. it is what (the program) you’re doing
ex.
(I’m in MED SCHOOL at the ‘SOMEFAMOUSGUY’ SCHOOL of MEDICINE AT ‘BIGCITY’ UNIVERSITY)
medical college – is more of a non-doctor 2 year program, where you can get a nursing degree or medical technician, etc
