ssri’s often cause delayed ejaculation so it stands to reason they might help in this siyuation, but I am not an expert

Agree with the first answer however there are possible side effects with ssri’s or anti depressants. They may help you with staying power but you can lose some or all of your drive. Try these things first. When you urinate stop the flow several times each time you urinate. This will strengthen the muscles that control ejaculation. Also have your partner help you by stopping movement when you start to lose control. Gain your control back and start again. Keep this up for several weeks and you should see a noticeable difference.

So I just created an account just to answer this question. Hope your happy.
I once got a hold of some loratabs. They were legally prescribed to me and were not being abused. I had been on the medication for couple of days (maybe 2) and met this new girl one night. Well I was not about to get off my meds because the pain that would have ensued (wisdom teeth taken out late). We began engaging in intercourse and I was soon done. Too quickly. But we resume soon after and here is the thing:
Honest to God I was unable to orgasm. She came multiple times and I was unaffected. I remember thinking “Man I hope this [having sex for this amount of time] isn’t a normal thing for others” because I had never experienced anything like that before.
Now before you or any one else says that it was just a fluke…
Same girl about two days later. Still taking the meds, I received oral from her. Again nothing… And I am not one to last a super long time. I eventually told her to stop but not in a mean way of course. I was out of medication a very short time after that. A few days past we met up again and I told her that I was off the loratabs and that I want to see they are what was causing my umm “troubles.”
So we had sex and the trurth is I was very well back to normal. I was a bit in awe.. This ever happen to anyone else?
