What should I do about a popped blood vessel in my eye?

Question: I popped a blood vessel in my right eye during an accident that happened on July 31st and now there’s blood in my eye. I see fine out of my eye, but it doesn’t seem to be going away, and if it is going away, it’s doing so rather slowly.
I wanted to know if there’s anything I can do to speed up the process of it going away. It doesn’t affect my vision in any way, but it looks really gross.

Really there is not much you can do but flush it out with eye drops. NOT RED EYE STUFF. Just tear drop type. If it does not look like it is going away after another week I would say to go to the Doctor. It might not look like it is going away fast because you look at it so much.
