What kind of medication can I use to help get and keep an erection?

Question: I am overweight, have high blood pressure (am on medication for it), have high cholesterol medication, high tryglceride medication, and have diabetes (type II). What kind of medication will help me get an erection? I rarely get erections now and when I do, I never keep an erection for any length of time.
