What is the name of the Lifetime movie about a homeless mother & her daughter? Let me explain.?

Question: It was a Lifetime movie that I saw about 10 years ago (maybe more) about a single mother who lost her job at a dry cleaners. She had a little daughter. They were forced to live on the streets and they eventually went to a homeless shelter for a few days. Conditions were disgusting for them, the beds were dirty, with bugs, menstruation, etc.
Someone at the homeless shelter stole the mom’s shoes.
And, then I think someone let them live in an old abandonded apartment, full of rats, and I think one of the rats bit the little girl. The little girl got really sick.
Then…at the end of the movie, what I remember of it was that the mother and daughter were back on the streets again, and this time even worse, because they had NO MONEY.
At the very end, I remember the mother told the little girl to sit on a park bench and wait for her, and promised to come back with some sandwiches. What the mom really did was go and notify the authorities nearby that she could no longer take care of her kid, and to please go and get her from the park bench.
And, the last thing I remember was the authorities approaching the little girl and telling her it was going to be ok, but she’d have to go with them. The little girl said, “No, no…my mom is coming back with sandwiches”. And, the mom was over on the other side of the park crying her eyes out as she watched the authorities lead her little girl away.
Does anyone know which movie I’m talking about????
