What is the correct name for this cosmetic surgery procedure?

Question: Hello everyone!

I have made a (rather badly drawn) diagram of the before and after of the procedure (for a male face);

The procedure usually takes around 3 hours to complete, 3 years of dental work is usually required beforehand.

In ‘my words’, it’s makes the bit between the bottom of your nose and the top of your chin come forward, this creates a more masculine looking effect.

I have completely forgotten what the doctor called it and was wondering if anyone knew.
