Your best bet might be to visit a local insurance agent, preferably an independent agent that sells more than one brand of insurance, and see what they can do for you.  Many insurance companies, including some Blue Cross organizations have plans that exclude certain pre-existing conditions for the first year or two, but cover everything else.  After the initial  waiting period, the pre-existing condition is covered thereafter.</description>
