Clonidine, because of the way it works, often caused drowsiness &/or dizziness, tired weak feeling, and headache–especially if you’re just starting it.
As far as for weight gain, maybe it’s from the constipation that clonidine can cause or from the edema (where fluid accumulates under your skin or elsewhere) that is a side effect.

na it doesn coz wt gain but it has many other side effects lyk it causes impotence , postural hypotension, dryness of mouth etc.
