What are the quickest medical programs available in CA?

Question: I want to become a pediatric surgeon and I wanted to know what are the medical programs available for me and I know that there is a lot of extra years in school involved, so I was wondering if there were shorter ones.

Sorry, there are no shortcuts to becoming a pediatric surgeon. This profession takes years of training beyond the medical degree (4 yrs.) and bachelor of science degree (4 yrs.). You will also have one year of internship and two year residency before training in a specialty area (4-8 yrs.).
It takes much dedication, sacrifice, effort, intelligence, compassion and commitment to be successful as a pediatric surgeon, or a surgeon of any kind.
I highly recommend you meet with a career counselor at the college of your choice and look at your options. They have psychometric tests which can help you decide on careers available to people with your strengths and interests.
Best wishes.

There’s no way of going any faster. If you’re looking for a quick education in the medical field, I would suggest Nursing, Dental Hygiene, physical therapist, etc. You get the idea.
Best of luck.
