This response may seem a little far-fetched in relation to your question but I am reminded of the words of Edmund Burke ‘For evil to triumph, all it takes is for good men to do nothing’.

I have seen far too much unpleasantness on here at times and I do not believe it should be ignored. Those of us who wish this forum to be a better community – should highlight and challenge abusive and disrespectful behaviour.

I am not of the school of thought that, just because it’s the internet, it’s harmless – people are victimised, bullied and mistreated on a regular basis and it really is not good enough.

Vlad although I agree with most of what you say but I feel that I should correct you on a few points. The is not an elite club its a forum for debate . To agree or disagree with questions posted. I often tend to ask controversial questions and expect or even hope that some will not share my views.and quite often go against the tide and try to defend people who are, in my opinion, unfairly criticised. Its up to the answerer to pick and choose which question to answer. I must say that I do agree with you that is not only wrong but very rude to abuse or slander other users here’ Also very ignorant to press the report button just because you don’t like that person or do not share his views, Good luck and keep on asking questions and answering others.

I do agree with you hun.

However, I have never come out onto these boards to abuse others, no matter how unfair I think they have been …until now.

I know full well who is responsible for this troll epidemic that is blighting our pages at the moment, and yes we all like a laugh, to have fun and general micky take….but when the attack on users like me sinks so low as to asks questions about special need children, in a way that is derogatory and nasty, then i’m afraid that my bite will always be worse than my bark.

I have stood up vocally for some on here, and will always have my say when I think things are wrong, after the past week I have avoided this place, the second i’m back the shite starts again.

My ONLY crime in all of this was to befriend two people, give out personal details in emails and defend them in the views of others, sadly that was my crime and also my downfall, for I have now also become another attacked user of these two, and I would hope to say that after my bite backs, they’d stop, however i’m 100% sure they won’t because one has serious mental health problems and the other is a low life b itch!!
