One of the top two medical schools in the country. You should try interning, it definitely helped me decide. Gives you a more hands on approach.

yea true that, but it is my dream to become a spinal surgeon, i’m not doing it just for money though. what school you studying at?

Spinal Orthopedic surgery is the most competitive field in Orthopedic surgery, which is amongst the top five specialties in medicine. You have to be the best of the best. It’s not just the money though. If you’re going into medicine for the paychecks you’ve made a wrong choice my friend. Several years back I was the same as you, just a sophomore in high school, now I’m a student studying medicine at a top school. You gotta follow your dreams!

medical schoool, residencey, i think then 3 more years of a specific branch of it. then around 31-32 u start making the big bucks (meaning possibly millions a year)

Interesting. What education do spinal surgeons need to become a surgeon because i’m really interested in becoming a Spinal Surgeon after my education. For now i’m a 15 year old sophmore in High School.
