H.Pylori is a very complex and uncomfortable issue, Nexium is not a simple solution to cure all, it does have weird side effects and is not for everyone. People should start question doctors and stop to just asking for prescription. Whose health is it anyway… my GI says I am keeping him on his toes. He actually told me I need not change diet, that eventually I will

cont.: so, eventually I will be able to tolerate junk food more: I mean, is that the point?

Iv’e never taken any of thjis crap. If I experience a possible sign of what might be considered “heartburn”, Il’l take a glass or two of water and that fixes me right up (I’m 65).

indigestion is caused by the same bacteria that causes ulcers. an aussie discovered it. they just give people anti biotics for it. problem gone. the american companies that sell indigestion drugs were pretty pissed.

Recently heard Rose Cole’s show on blogtalkradio called Hidden Cause of Stomach Aches, Gas, Bloating. She says LOW stomach acid (HCL) may be the root cause of acid reflux. Inadequate amts of HCL to digest proteins and dairy cause these foods to ferment in your stomach, forming pyruvic and lactic acids that DONT play a role in digestion. The food remains undigested, but these acids build and build, spilling into the esophagus causing heartburn. Pills just make it worse.

Thank you!
