		<description>Actually what you are experiencing is similar to what I went through after I had Hernia Surgury.  I had it done Laproscopically which is using cameras.  Anyways they cut through your Abdominal Muscles and they haven&#039;t fully healed yet.  When your using those muscles it puts strain on them.  I was an active baseball, wrestling and football player so I never was able to give it a chance to heal fully either.  I still got pains almost a year and a half later.  Just take it easy for a month if it bothers you really bad.  Thats my explination as to why I think your having pains.  Good Luck, hopefully your not suffering too much.  </description>
