Question: is it alright for a 20 year old guy to get it done or should girls only get it done
I think anyone that is uncomfortable with their nose should get it done. I’m a girl and got mine done. I was always teased for it and it was horrible growing up. Get it done if it bothers u. Its completely worth it =]

Well sure you can get it donee…surgery is for all people(well most surgeries are lol).
honestly when if i didnt no u were a boy or a girl and u said u got it a nose job id assume your a girl
but
if i still didnt know if u were a boy or a girl and you said u got a rhinoplasty surgery then i’d think ur a boy
cuz girls are so overwhelmed by ther insecruities they barley research it so they won’t even no the real name of it
if that makes sense lol
