Love it! You are so right on the money. All anyone has to do is check out all the reports that have come out even in the last few months to see that low carb really is the way to go. I loved your presentation of the facts!

YOU GO GIRL! I just found this video and you are DEAD ON, my friend. WOO HOO!!! The New England Journal of Medicine also released a study a couple of weeks ago showing low-carb is BEST over low-fat and the Mediterranean diet for both weight loss AND health. Keep on livin’ la vida low-carb and you WILL reach that 140 goal of yours.

I agree with you sister! The only bad fat is trans-fat. Everything else is natural and healthy.

The best way is daily excercise point blank. Weight watchers, Nutri System…all BS to me. I’ve recently stepped up my game and lost 30 in the past 3 months and hoping to lose another 20 by June. I run 3 miles a day and lift weights 2 or 3 times a week. I will never give up my favorite foods though. I am extremely strict thru the week and eat what I want on Sunday.B/C I’m so strict thru the week, my stomach won’t allow too much bad stuff on Sunday, so it works for me! Good luck with your goal!

What a smart lady! Thank you! She is absolutely right, special interest lobbys pretty much run this country & the information that is given to us. You can ALWAYS follow the money, folks. YOU have to question EVERYTHING now, for yourself & your family. Look into DR.MERCOLA that she mentions here. There is a link provided. Mercola is beholding to NO ONE. In my video, I was “preaching” moderation. I wasn’t trying to insinuate “oh, don’t eat saturated fats at all, they’re so bad for you”. In my opinion, and this is how I eat day to day, you can eat anything you want as long as you don’t eat too much of it and keep mindful of your overall health.
Personally, I do not like low-carb.I am all about balance. I make sure that I don’t eat too much fat, protein, AND carbs, but I don’t pay particular attention to any one macro-nutrient.
