I think that the best and safer place in the world to have a plastic surgery is South America. I had all my plastic surgeries done there at the MakeoverTravel clinic (Breast implants, nose /chin surgeries, full liposuction, and lips augmentation) I am very happy with my results; they are just Amazing and very natural! The plastic surgeons in South America are recognized to be the best in the world. For me its a perfect place, very safe and its much cheaper if you compare with the costs in US!

for what reason is the cost so high ? I mean in europe we would pay 4000 euros for hips + thigh + knees in average.

The cost for one area such as the abdomen is $3500.00. Additional areas done the same day are $1750.00. The only exception is the neck which is $2200.00 if done as an iolated area.

Sometimes they feel some slight pressure during the infiltration phase. Otherwise , it mainly is the sensation of movement.

Is it true that some of the patients who have their procedures made public do so because they get their procedures done for free?If it is true is there a website or list of Doctors who offer this to willing clients who can’t afford cosmetic surgery but need it badly?
