Obama. I just went to school for 10 years to be a doctor in the medical field and obama?

By Editor

Question: How will his new plans make it where my post college years will be just as bad as my college years in terms of having disposable income?
I am not concerned that there will be more tax on income. I am concerned that Obama will make it where health care workers have LESS income before we even get to the taxes.

Majority of people making over $200,000 voted for Obama because they realize that a 3% tax increase is not much compared to all the other things that they will benefit from with Obama as President.

The people in the $150,000 and up range have had a 3% tax cut under Bush. All Obama is doing is setting it back to what it was, its not really an increase, because it was originally 3% more anyways (and under the tax cut, companies still outsourced jobs, but the whole point of the cut was to keep them from doing that but they still did it because bottom line for most larger companies is profits, not supplying american’s jobs).

edit: Oh sorry. Well it all depends on what you choose to do. He is still going to allow private doctors, in addition to the universal health care doctors. Kind of like how UK has NHS. Im sure NHS doctors dont make as much as private doctors, but for patients who have the money, they can opt out of NHS and go see a private doctor instead if they want. You could be a private doctor or work for one. I don’t know what determines who becomes a private one or who is part of universal, but I do know that under his plans, people will have a choice wether they want Universal Health Care, or private. I don’t think that the public doctors will be making less than what private doctors make now, but I think that private doctors will be making a whole lot more than what they make now.

Wishing you a lot of success in your medical practice, and hope you save many lives and help sick people recover. The money part should come along nicely for you if you don’t misplace your priority.
