My laparoscopic appendectomy surgery.

Description: bailed out and ditched class to head to my general practitioner. After he did some preliminary examinations, he told me I needed to hit the emergency room and get some other tests done right away. After all that, they concluded I had appendicitis. Surgery was required SAME DAY or I could have ruptured my appendix and died. Now I’m in recovery and doing better. The footage is pretty awesome though, right? i had mine removed may 25 2008. i had already burst when i got to the hospital. spent about a day in my room thinking the pain would go away, but i just couldnt take it and took me to the emergency room when it burst. took me about 2 weeks for the pain to go away after surgery. other people way faster bc they didnt wait as long as i did bc i didnt know what the fuck was going on

I had mine removed on the 8th of Sept. this year. It had already started to leak nasty stuff into my blood stream, so good job they got it when they did xD

I had this done just a few days ago. Woke up with alot of pain on my side, throwing up and dizzy. Doc told me my appendix was severly inflames and turned upside down. I’ve now got 3 little stitched up spots on my stomach. Although I can walk around and primarily eat fine.

I had mine done when i was 10 years old man this is scary. I woke up in the morning and i felt pain. I pooped but it hurt liek hell so we went to hospital and got the surgery next day thank god that i went to hospital early or it woulda been bad and dangerous!

i had my appendix removed 3 years ago and whenever i tried to get up it was a bitch! and a stupid nurse tried to put anasthetic in my juggler and i woke up when she pinched and i yelled FUCK hella loud! lol

i got mine out like a month and a bit ago but we got it relaly early i only felt a sublte pain, went to school, googled the symptoms, told them wat i had and they sed i was right hahahahah in surgery that day

Its a funny story. When my cousin had his hernia removed, he couldn’t eat anything solid for 4 days. I ate pizza and hamburgers and all kinds of good stuff in front of him. As revenge. he told the doc to tell me that I couldn’t eat ANY food for nearly 3 days. Needless to say, I got burned

I was very hungry myself albeit I’m a pretty hungry guy in general. I have a pretty fast metabolism so I just want to eat everything. I craved a Pepperoni Lovers Pizza from Pizza Hut but the Doc said I couldn’t have it for 48 hours. When day 3 hit, I got my pizza

Yup learned that the hard way when I got mine removed. Same deal I felt these pains in my abdomen. My girlfriend and mom forced me to go. And behold my appendix would have burst if i left it unattended for another 24 hours the doctors told me.

I just got out of the hospital for a ruptured appendix. I have not gotten it removed yet since it developed an abscess that bloated by abdomen to the point where even the CT couldn’t find it too well. Needless to say, your one lucky SOB for getting it removed early. I’ll be bed ridden for a month or two and on two heavy hitting antibiotics

Dear Jesus!
I had apendicitis on the 14th of this July that I was rushed right into surgery for.& then I was up & walking the next morning!
But I still havent regained any appitite!

i was so mad when i got mines. i was starving for hours and hours. but the worst part was heeling cuz it itched sooo much

Ya it’s pretty intense. People need to take their health very seriously and when something seems out of the ordinary you have to trust your gut and get it checked out. Machismo attitudes are the cause of so many unnecessary deaths.

its so disgusting and makes me wanna puke watchin it, but i just got appendicitis at the start of this summer (2009) i dont remember the exact date but i woke up one morning relly sick throwing up and major pains and aches in my stomach and waist area and that night i went 2 the hospital and found out i had it and they had 2 drive me 2 a bigger hospital in an ambulance at like 3 in the morning 2 hav mine taken out the next day and mine wuz about 2 burst and i woodve died also…and im only 14!
