He could of just taken the keys out and fled back around and called the cops then.
But his method was a lot more funnier, the laugh during his call to the cops was funny

yes the state does press charges in some cases. In other cases there needs to be a citizen to file a charge against them. Thats all im gonna say because this is going to turn into some kind of retarded arguement.

the state can press charges. most common thing that happens is the 18 year old boyfriend with the 17 year old girlfriend. i’m not saying it’s right, it’s just the bullshit fine print of the law.
November 15th, 2009 at 8:17 pm
when you steal something from somebody, its up to the owner of the property to press charges. The police just make the arrest.
November 15th, 2009 at 9:05 pm
man….they can. how often you been to court?
November 15th, 2009 at 9:58 pm
well hes only gonna get charged for that if the robbers come clean and admit it was thier van. The police cant press charges for that, only the owners of the van. So no, he cant be charged.

totally agree bro, but the law is the law, and it’s never about who’s right. it’s down to the commas in the constitution.

Same.

bullshit, “you can be charged with that” He had every right to take the van because that was actually the safest way to protect the valuebles in his house. Without their van they couldnt take his shit and plus he is out of harms way. What else could he do, stay and fight and possibly die? Or maybe just sit there, call the cops, and let the detectives figure out who took it. Hmm.
