Is there a way to chat with a health expert online for free?

Question: I found a website that would let you ask a question to a women’s health expert but you had to pay. Is there a way to do this online and have it be free (and actually be a medical expert?)?
Please no making fun of or dumb remarks, it’s just a question.

it depends upon the time available for chat
mostly experts do not have so much time for chat
free answers may be available

Yeah, I always go to http://www.myhealth-forum.com/ and find my answers related to all my health issues from real professionals. Good luck!
