		<description>If you have a BS, why would you aspire to a job that requires an AA degree or less?  You wouldn&#039;t be using your knowledge at all handing instruments to orthopods.  (Surg techs are terrific - I&#039;m not running them down at all, but I doubt it is what you are looking for)

Have you considered going on to PA school?  That would give you an excellent opportunity to work side by side with physicians.

There may also be other positions available in a large orthopedic practice that would allow you to put your education to good use.</description>
