Those are very mind boggling questions. My advise would be “EVERYONE” copy and paste those and send them to their state congressmen & congresswomen. If we bombard these questions ,maybe they would listen.

1. Price hasn’t been set on the insurance because it hasn’t even been agreed to create a public option yet.
2. Again, same as 1.
3. Yes, it is not a nationalized health care pan, it is the creation of a public insurance option. So it would have co-pays.
4. Same as 1.
5. Yes
6. Yes
7. Yes
8. Yes
9. Yes, as #3 stated
10 Again, same as 1.
11. I’m not sure. But then again, I don’t know any private insurance plans that will. And private insurance will still be available, so if it is better than what you have you can stay with it.

Well, since I didn’t actually write Obama’s health care plan, I’m not privy to that information. But you know that. I think you are trying to make a point.
However, I can answer your question with my own personal information, because I am on a government-run health care program that has worked wonderfully for years. So here goes.
How much will it cost a single person?
-There’s some paperwork involved, but financially, it’s zero.
How much will it cost a family of four?
-No experience there, I’m a family of one.
Will it have a co-pay when you see a doctor?
-No copay! Ever! I stayed in the hospital for two weeks and no copay!
Will there be eye care?
-Yes. Every two years, unless there is an emergent need sooner. Glasses/contacts are included.
Will there be dental care?
-Yes. I’m not sure about orthodontia because I don’t need it, but basic dental work is covered.
Will there be mental health care?
-Oh, most definitely! This is where it shines!
Will it pay for medicine?
-Yes. Prescriptions are payed for, even those pesky expensive ones. My meds cost upwards of $1,200 a month sometimes. All free.
Will there be a co-pay for medicine?
-Again, no.
Will it pay for long term care in a nursing facility?
-You know, I’m not sure, since I’m quite a ways away from needing to know that.

AMERICANS ARE RICH AND CAN AFFORD THIS.
PRESIDENT OBAMA KNOWS HIS SUBJECTS WELL
SO HE MUST HAVE SEEN THE PROS AND CONS
OF THE IDEA WELL. LEAVE THE MATTER TO HIM
AND THE AMERICANS.

-How much will it cost a single person?
-How much will it cost a family of four?
It all depends on the FPL(federal poverty level) Single FPL is $10,830
Here is the break down for a family of 2. (NOTE: BASIC PLAN ONLY)
(expressed as a percent of FPL)
Within the following income / start up premium / The final premium in $/year
Aug-09 FPL for Family of 2 =$14570
133% through 150%-$18941-$21855 / 1.5% $284-$327 / 3% $568- $655
150% through 200%-$21855-$29140 / 3% $327-$874 / 5% $1093- $1457
200% through 250%-$29140-$36425 / 5% $874-$1821 / 7% $2040-$2550
250% through 300%-$36425-$43710 / 7% $1821-$3059 / 9% $3278-$3934
300% through 350%-$43710-$50955 / 9% $3059-$4589 / 10% $4371-$5096
350% through 400% $50955-$58280 / 10% $5096-$5828 / 11% $5605-$6411
So on and So on.
-Co-Pay
“(C) USE OF COPAYMENTS.—In establishing cost-sharing levels for basic, enhanced, and premium plans under this subsection, the Secretary shall, to the maximum extent possible, use only copayments and not coinsurance.
Cost-Sharing- APPLICABLE LEVEL.—The applicable level specified in this subparagraph for Y1 is $5,000 for an individual and $10,000 for a
family. Such levels shall be increased (rounded to the nearest $100) for each subsequent year by the annual percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index.”
This could get costly.
-Will there be eye care?
-Will there be dental care?
There is only funding for training those professionals, no coverage.
-Will there be mental health care?
Yes, but only if you qualify under Medicaid and Medicare parameters.
-Will there be a co-pay for medicine? Yes- see above
-Will it pay for long term care in a nursing facility? Un-clear
