i just got eye contacts. How do i take care of them and how do i put them in my eye?

Question: yeah. how do i take care of them and how do i put them in my eye??

i boought some theatrical white contacts from somwhere and they didnt tell me how to use them. So, yeah.

If you really have contacts than your eye doctor would have gone over all of that with you at legnth. They would not have let you out of the office until you tried putting them in on your own successfully.

Well, not knowing how to take care of them is one reason not to buy contacts from “somewhere.” The risks of infections and damage to the eyes because they don’t fit properly are others. Contacts (prescription or not) should always be purchased through an eye doctor who can fit you, educate you, and monitor you. I suggest you take them to an eye doctor who can make sure they fit you properly as well as teach you all you need to know about caring for them.

go back and have them teach you, its something you have to watch to learn. they shouldnt have dispensed those with out teaching you proper insertion and removal.

do u have a contacts lens case? if not go to walmart and buy one… every night take them out and use a solution called ReNu to soak them in and put them into the lens case, then fill till top with the solution. then in morning clean case and put in contacts.
