Define strangely—if it means light-headed it may be your blood pressure is low due to the combination of the blood pressure med Lisinopril and the diuretic Lasix.
Also, you may have an abnormal electrolyte level from the diuretic, especially potassium, and that can be checked with a blood specimen. Let your MD or RNP know right away.
Hi…just an added note from another nurse, it could also be an electrolyte imbalance. Either way, you should report your findings to your physician and follow up.
The medications your taking has side effects, and that may be causing the feeling. You should check the K+ levels in your body. It also depends if you have any other medical conditions like kidney disease.

u need a dosage re adjustment or maybe a change of medicine
