How to take pictures for medical journal?
By
Question: A doctor friend of mine wants to publish about a unique medical case. He wants to know what kind of photo equipment and technique to use to picture the patient’s skin condition.
He took pictures with his point-n-shoot camera, with and without macro mode, but the results were not satisfactory.

You’ll find a basic digital photography in dermatology guide here _

Appropriate lighting techniques and holding the camera steady using a tripod if necessary are more important than the kind of photo equipment.
