Adults should be given a routine booster dose of Td every 10 years.http://vaccineinformation.com/tetanus/qa…
I think it’s every ten years but you can go longer. I was at the doctors office getting a piece of glass removed from my foot (they had to numb it and cut it open and gah…) so they checked the last time I had the shot to see if it needed updating. It was right at five years, so they didn’t update it.
If you haven’t had one in the last five years or so (if you can’t remember, it’s probably been longer) then it wouldn’t hurt to update it.
Don’t know how many people die, but it can be really dangerous and fatal if you contract it.
recommended is 10 years but some people risk it and dont, i guess it usually depends on the immunity of your body to but usually its 10 years. i recommend it.
Every 10 years. Not many die these days because the first thing you’re given when injured is a tetanus shot
Recently had a physical. Dr recommended for adults a booster every 10 years.
every 3 years
Every 10 years.
I think schools require it
Every 10 years. I just got my booster last week.
