Wouldnt it be easier to call a vet in your area and ask that same question?

I’m sure that vets charge different prices. Call around and ask! How old is the puppy? For small breeds, the puppy should stay with it’s mom and siblings until it’s at least 12 weeks old before it’s adopted out. No younger than 8 weeks! The longer the puppy stays with the mother and siblings, the better temperament it will have later in life! Your friend will be able to save some money, if she has the puppy’s Hernia fixed and has her Spayed at the same time. Your friend also needs to take her new puppy to the vet within 24 hours of getting the puppy. That is very important!

You are better off calling your vet clinic and asking because prices will vary.

They can go ahead and stitch up the hernia while your puppy is being fixed. Different vets charge different prices. You need to find a qualified veterinarian near you. Nobody here will be able to tell you the exact price!
