How do i make my scar from back surgery less visible? Is there a kind of patch or something?

Question: I had surgery on my back in 2007 and my scar is about a foot long. I am going to Hawaii for spring break and don’t really want people staring at me. Has anyone found a good product that makes surgery scar tissue softer and less visible??

Mixing Mederma and Vitamin-E Oil works pretty good and put sunscreen on it.
You can also try pure cocoa butter. It costs about 2$, a lot cheaper than Mederma!
