		<description>Well, you sure have to tell the doctor. As far as I know there&#039;s no problem if you take the medication and keep it under control, because the instruments used in surgery will tell the doctor your blood pressure. On the other hand if you have high blood pressure in your eyes  (glaucoma) and you&#039;re having a surgery in there it will be very dangerous.
