there is no scientific evidence linking diet to acne…it is still possible that ther is a linkage but this monkey is saying this is a definite cause…

I have achne on my back, it doesn’t clear it up completely but it does mke your skin moisturized so that oil doesn’t have to clog up on your skin to make it moist…. and then you have less bacachne
after you’ve washed your back with a facial cleanser squirt baby oil over your shoulders and key bone then just rub it done over your chest and back where the achne occurs and then DO NOT use cream if you’re using babyoil it makes the layer too thick and doubles the achne
