health care manager an easy and paying job?

Question: i would like someone to pls give me info on health care managers.
I want know wether it is a great career for earning money right out of college and if it involves too much work.
also would i have to be a super math geek?

It is not an easy job by any means and like any professional job it does involve a lot of work. A job that pays well also requires a lot of work and time invested otherwise they would not be paying you the money.
To be a health care manager in the US typically you need an MBA or MS in Health Care Management. You can have a BSc but your role will be more of a supportive role and not a leadership role thus not getting the large paychecks associated with health care management.
In regard to mathematical ability you do need to be good in statistics especially if you go onto a MBA / MS program. Typically that requires at least college algebra and if not a semester of calculus.
