Have any of you men been found to have low testosterone levels and received treatment for it?
By
Question: If so what were your symptoms, what treatment did you receive and did it make a large positive difference in your mood? Any side effects that were worse than the low testosterone itself from the treatment?

Yes I was diagnosed with low testosterone at age 52 and my endocrinologist prescribed injections of testosterone 300 mg every 3 weeks. I later had him show my wife how to give the injections and started taking 100 mg every week which produces a blood level more closely to what a mans body produces naturally. It gives a man an over all feeling of well being, more energy, a higher libido and increases muscles strength and mass if you do some resistance exercises like lifting weights or going to a gym and using the machines like the Nautilus. I am not aware of any adverse side effects and contrary to some misleading perceptions floating around, the testosterone made by pharmaceutical labs is chemically identical to what the body makes naturally.

Nope, but have boarderline levels.
Remind me to never visit J.J., waking the snakes with shovels sound very painful, and I do not not want Mrs. Snarky getting any ideas.
