Georgia low-income, free health care clinics?

Question: I have been having alot of pain and problems with my right knee, its getting intolerable and affecting my daily life, I dont have health insurance and Im a stay at home mom so were considered a low income family to the state. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of any low income or free health care clinics in GA, Gwinnett county area, that could possibly see me for x rays etc. Thanks for any suggestions
