For Chicago Area Residents: I Have No Medical Insurance And No Money And Live In Dupage County…?

Question: I have been experiencing lower back problems that have came and went the past year but this time It has been nearly two weeks and I cant to NOTHING but lay in bed on my right side. I have lost my job because of this, and I feel so hopeless. My question is that I went to the Dupage health medical clinic which i thought was free, but it turns out they do a sliding scale in which i cant afford. I was told that cook county hospital only takes cook county residents. does anyone have any suggestions or know of any places in the dupage area that are free??? at this point, obviously I’m really desperate.
