Eye specialist!!!!!?

By Editor

Question: Since last 3-4 months, every morning there is an unsual thick puffiness on my left eye. Also, both the eyes are quite red. I cant concentrate, there is pain in the eyes. I feel awkward to go out of the house as people stare at me. I cant face the sunlight as I was able to few months ago. I cant talk to someone with patience or cant look into their eyes. Every morning when I catch a train, people stare at me. When I look at something, I cant focus on one thing without blurring. It is like there is an off-balance between the two eyes. If I look at something, within fraction a second, that vision goes spreaded out. The vision goes in and out.

I am a male, only 24, and this has all happened gradually only within last 5-6 months. My eyes, the area surrounding it has gone so bizarre. I just didn’t know what to do. I went to see a GP. The referred me to an Eye specialist. This eye specialist checked my eyes for 10 mins and says you’re eyes are perfectly fine……..(add.info section)
…….perfectly fine. I tried to say that cant you see this over-puffiness and burning. He said it could be something in its initial stages and we cannot detect what it is. And it cost me around 170 dollars for that total of 15 mins appointment. Also, when I asked him that my left eye is quite sensitive to the sun and it was not a few months ago. He said – some people are sensitive to sun – that’s okay!!?

I just don’t know what to do. He has put me under more stress and depression. Any idea how should I deal this situation?

What should I do? Should I contact another eye specialist or any other suggestions please?

Thanks

Well, have you been taking any medicine since this started to happen? because it could be an allergic reaction, and maybe if your eyes or eye is sensitive to the sun, wear eye protection, it could also be from stress, if that might be it, try visiting http://www.tapping.com … which I doubt that’s the problem but it MIGHT work if you are under alot of stress, I would say since you already visited an eye specialist, try a regular doctor because it might not have anything to do with your eyes, it could be, like I said, an allergic reaction to something. Hope this helps you!
