Does the medical card cover an exam, eyeglasses and lenses in the state of Illinois?

Medical insurance doesn’t usually cover eye exams or glasses. I would call your medical plan (the phone number should be on the card) and find out if they do. If they do cover eye exams and glasses (it’s unlikely, but you never know for sure until you try), they can refer you to an optometrist.
