Does religion provide any answers on how a nation should ration its health care resources?

Question: Obviously, there is not enough money in existence to provide every individual with all of the health care assistance which they (and others) might desire. So how does one go about RATIONING the available health care resources in an ethical/fair manner? Do the religions of the world have any answers to this perplexing question?

There is enough money in existence to provide not only healthcare, but food, clothing, and shelter for every human on earth.
Religion does not offer answers to this problem. It is a political one.

Why do ppl look to religion for things that we can solve using science
ppl dont understand this yet but science has the potential to solve most of our problems.
politics is worse than religion
politicians are not qualified to do the things they do
why should they make the decisions they make?
there opinion is no more valid than the popes.
