Do health care solutions seem to be judged (by “fair innings” exponents) by how efficient they are?

Question: What would rule out the “fair innings” exponents transporting problem patients in cattle cars if the solution was attractively packaged so we weren’t reminded of Auschwitz ?
It might be efficient, and that seems to be the only criterion being used by the “fair innings” exponents.

i dont think so.
may be if you and your family get sick you would want to be packed in a cattle car.
but not for me, no matter how efficient anything at all is….
