no, only if the nose is very big. yes, you can lengthen the jaw. i don’t do that. there is a lot more recovery with that. i do fat grafting as well but not for a tiny chin just for a little bit of a small chin otherwise you chin will look fat. i do that all the time for aging face and that is perfect and even better than an implant.

Also, Isn’t there a procedure to lengthen the jaw? Personally I don’t like implants. What are the alternatives?

Looks good Dr. Lam. Do all chin implants come with the lipo or is that a separate charge? Anyway, it looks GREAT!
