Cataract Surgery?

Question: I’m planning to go under surgery in the future but I was wondering will it help improve my vision. I had a cataract surgery when I was little, my doctor took out the lens but had never gave me a new one. I’m 21 now and my vision is terrible. Glasses doesn’t help me much since it only allow me to see things clearly but doesn’t improve the sight. I was wonder if I do get the surgery will it allow me to see better than when my glasses or is it the same.

Ya definitely. As you are not having any lens right now a condition known as aphakia you ill have to undergo a operation known as intraocular lens implantation in which a new artificial lens will be placed in your eye. It ill drastically improve your vision.
