You need to contact the surgeon who performed the surgery - if your milk ducts were cut, then no, you won't be able to breast feed.

usually women who have implants can nurse just fine because the ducts are usually not damaged like in a reduction surgery though it's still possible to nurse with that as well

It depends on if the nipple was moved during surgery. If so, unfortunately not, cause all of the glands were cut to do the surgery and they are unable to reattach them. It also depends on if the implant is above or below the muscle. So I would talk to the dr that did them and see if there will be any problems breast feeding. It depends on a few factors, but the implants being silicone isn't one of them.
good luck

Yes, the milk comes down as normal. I breastfed my daughter for a 10 months and only quit because of issues with work. The silicon is contained in a bag, not floating around to contaminate the milk. Good luck! ;)

I've heard yes, you can still breastfeed after implants. Friend of mine breastfeed fine. She says they put the implant behind your pectoral muscle, so nothing like the milk glands or anything else gets damaged.

Here's a site that can give you more insight. Hope it helps

Yes, the silicone is usually put behind the muscle so it doesn't interfere with your breast milk production or dispersing it to the baby.
