You put them in, wear them no longer tahn 14 hours and take them out to sit in solution overnight, every night. Between 2 and 4 weeks, you throw them out and put in a new pair. Certain brands are more comfortable than others. Newer styles are safer than others. Our doctor has seen good results from the Acuvue Oasys brand. A lot of people say they are very comfortable, too. Putting them in is straight forward. taking them out is a matter of sliding the contact gently to the corner of your eye, and plucking it out. It's not as hard as it would seem.
